Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Restock Time (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
We collect:
- Information you give us, such as your email address, the product links and the specific variants (for example color and size) you choose to watch, and any feedback or support messages you send.
- Sign-in information. We sign you in with one-time codes sent to your email, so we process your email address and basic authentication records for that purpose.
- Billing information. If you buy a paid plan, our third-party payment processor collects your payment details. We don't receive or store your full card number; we keep limited billing records such as your plan, your subscription status, and the processor's customer reference.
- Information we collect automatically, such as your IP address, basic device and browser information, and log, security, and performance data created when you use the Service.
- Email delivery information, such as whether an alert was delivered, bounced, or unsubscribed, so we can send reliably and honor opt-outs.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and security tooling such as a bot-protection check when you request a sign-in code. We don't use third-party advertising cookies and we don't track you across other websites for advertising.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate your account and run the watches you set up;
- send the restock alerts and account messages (such as sign-in codes) you ask for;
- process payments and manage your plan;
- keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, such as detecting bulk or disposable-email signups, limiting automated requests, and running bot-protection checks;
- provide support and respond to your messages;
- maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; and
- comply with the law and enforce our Terms.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for behavioral advertising.
How We Share Information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
- Service providers. We use trusted companies to help us run the Service, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, bot-protection, and error and performance monitoring. They may use your information only to provide these services to us.
- Retailers and links. When you follow a link in an alert, you go to the retailer's own website, which is governed by that retailer's privacy policy. Some links may be affiliate links, which let an affiliate network credit the referral to us; this doesn't share your account identity with the retailer.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is needed to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
- Business transfers. If Restock Time is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal, and we'll let you know if your choices change.
We don't share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is open and as needed to provide the Service. Each watch runs only for a limited window that depends on your plan, after which it expires. When you delete your account, we disable your watches and alerts and delete or anonymize your personal information, except for limited records we may need to keep to meet legal, tax, security, or abuse-prevention obligations. We also reduce and age out operational data over time.
Your Choices and Rights
You have control over your information:
- Manage your watches. You can edit or delete any watch at any time from your account.
- Unsubscribe. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link, and deleting a watch stops its alerts. We may still send essential account messages while your account is open.
- Access, correct, or delete. You can update your email from your account, delete your account from your settings, or contact us to access or correct your information.

California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, you may have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to access or delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you can still exercise your other rights. We won't deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising these rights. To make a request, emailsupport@restocktime.com. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and signing you in with one-time codes instead of stored passwords. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Children
Restock Time is meant for adults. The Service isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
International Users
We operate the Service from the United States. If you use Restock Time from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
